This is after the two county bosses gave president William Ruto a warn welcome as he started his tour of the Ukambani region.
As members of the Wiper party, Wahome expected them to distance themselves from Ruto's tours and let his loyalists from the area host him.
Wahome feels that them welcoming Ruto is a big betrayal to Kenyans and mostly to the people of Mt Kenya who they have recently started to get closer with.
He said the people of Ukambani should be even far away from Ruto than those of Mt Kenya but that is not what is happening.
He said the behavior of the Makueni county governor and his senator is a sign that the Ukambani region is playing with people about their alliance with Ruto.
