New Images From Makueni Reveals The Number Of People That Came Out To Welcome President Ruto

President William Ruto's warm reception in Makueni county on Wednesday has sparked a hot debate in the country more so among members of the united opposition.

Thousands of Makueni residents were spotted at the president's rally led by their governor Mutula Kilonzo Junior and senator Dan Maanzo.

The Ukambani region has been known to be Kalonzo's political backyard and no one expected the president to receive such a warm welcome.

As seen in new images shared by Lawyer Wahome Thuku on Facebook, there were thousands of people at the rally listening to Ruto as he made his speeches and launched projects.

People have been left wondering if Mutula Kilonzo is a true member of the WiPer party given how he warmly welcomed the president.

Kenyans have given different opinions on Ruto's reception with some saying he still dominates the country's politics and this will give him an early lead in 2027.

Some have however said the people were mobilized by their governor and they don't support Ruto's government.
