This came just a few hours after Sifuna had shared photos of the truck on social media telling his followers that he had acquired a better truck for the rally.
In a post he shared on his social media platforms, Sifuna did not seem to have been affected by the attack as he dismissed it casually as a culture.
"Imebatizwa", Sifuna said to mean he had anticipated the truck to be attacked. In the same post he also alleged who he suspects to have coordinated the attack on the truck.
He said the goons behind the attack had been hired by the State since he has been against them for quite awhile now.
Many of Sifuna's followers had warned him that he would face resistance from the government once he chose to oppose them.
